Unfurl Your Sails

Anchors away is a good thing when you want to move!

Spending a lot of time in the desert these days makes my
soul and body long for the ocean. Days of drifting on open seas
with cool winds to push me along
and heal a parched spirit.

Since I love dolphins, whales and most sea creatures,
I find the blue depths of ocean waters most alluring don't you?
When it seems as though your wings have dried up, or curled
themselves tight around a self that is shrinking not growing,
Unfurl your sails.

Those sails of your soul are waiting, ready to rush forward exuberantly
into the seas of life when you let them go.
Your soul can sail as fast as light when you trust it to lead the way.

Ask your soul these 3 unfurling questions:

1. Where do I need to let go?
What activity, thing or person am I letting myself keep me
from opening the sails and letting go?

2. What is calling me?
Where do you feel the winds blowing in your life?
There is a direction they are coming from.
Notice your soul winds and start to open the sails.
If you are going in the right direction, things in your life will start to fly.

3. Can I put myself in the right environment?
It's much easier to sail when you are on a sea.
It is much easier to ski when you are on a mountain.
It is much easier to meet people when you are at a
seminar or convention.

When your soul is calling you
to unfurl itself, take your boat to the place where you can
let it ride the best waves.
Then unfurl those beautiful sails of yours.

Sail away, sail away, sail away!

Complimentary Teleconference for HealthCoach Business

Hope you are having a fabulous late July day. Following is some
information on an incredible opportunity that I am sure could
really help some of you career wise and financially.

************************************

I am pleased to inform you that I have arranged for
you to attend a special complimentary HealthCoach Business
teleconference offered by Hilton Johnson Productions.

The event will take place on:

Wednesday, July 28th at 2:00 pm ET (New York Time)

http://www.globalteleclass.com/specialhc189k

In this 90-minute call, they will demonstrate (with a volunteer)
one of their company's health coaching models to show you how easily
health coaching gets results. You will also see, on your computer screen, a
unique web-based platform that allows health coaches to manage and
professionally coach hundreds of clients at the same time.

HealthCoaching is the fastest growing niche market of all coaching and
presents multiple opportunities for contributing to some of the proposed
improvements being discussed today in health care reform. Coaches are
also paid very well. They earn an average of over $190 per hour coaching
individual clients and some coaches who are conducting group
coaching sessions are earning far more than that.

During this call, they will explain how you might meet the requirements
for being trained and certified as a HealthCoach and start earning coaching
fees in as little as 90-days.

If you would like to attend this timely and important event, you will need to
be on your telephone and your computer at the same time as this is a
teleconference and webinar presentation.

To register for this teleconference/webinar event, click on the link below
or copy and paste the link into your browser. Be sure and complete the
entire process so you can receive the e-mail conformation and instructions for
calling in to the call and connecting to the webinar portion of the call.

Retreating Yourself

Once in awhile it is a good thing to
just drop everything, yes everything, and get away.
If you're like me, you probably work too
long and don't take nearly enough vacations.

That's why once a year I like to get away to
Sedona Mago Gardens, called "The Hometown for the Soul."

This place allows me to reminisce about who I am and
take time to reacquaint myself with the higher part of my being.

My soul rewards me with insight clarity and direction.

I admit it was hard to leave without a computer and
pack only a few things and a journal. But without
all the earth weight, my soul comes to life.

A new lightness lifts me out of a world of what
can become just heavy routines without it.

Do you find time for serenading your precious soul?
Don't let your soul take a backseat in your life journey.
You sweet soul can help you with every area of your life
if you keep the connection strong.

For a healthy soul I recommend the following mini retreats.

1. Daily take some time for just breathing.
When I get really stressed I notice I'm almost holding
my breath in a very ineffective effort to accomplish
the 50 million and a 1/2 things I want to tackle.
When I breath, things flow. My shoulders relax and
I can actually work longer at a more efficient rate -
which allows me to quit earlier.

2. Get up every hour.
Don't sit doing any project,
no matter how involved you are, or how focused for
more than 1 hour if you can help it. Get up. Move.
Breathe. And you'll prevent those nasty chair marks
on your butt and legs from getting too deep. :)

3. Shut your eyes.
Sometimes just shutting your
eyes and taking a few deep breaths can do more for
you than an hour of mindless trying to get away from
it all television. Closing your eyes and breathing
reconnects you to your whole soul. When the soul
takes over, more of what you really want to accomplish
in life can flow clearly again.
NOTE: Do not do this while driving etc.

When all else is not enough, retreat yourself into a
soul vacation. Even if you don't get yourself to a
retreat center (my first choice) do a mini retreat,
- a cup of tea, go for a walk at sunset, sit in a park
and read for an hour, give the dog an unexpected walk
or some playtime. Your soul will love you for
re-establishing and remembering the connection.

Your soul loves you deeply after all.

Wishing you wonderful fulfilling summer retreats.
